Stage 1: Feasibility & Yield Analysis
Stage 2: Planning
This stage follows the previous one by helping you get the project into and through town planning should you wish to proceed. The goal of this is to obtain plans and permits so that your site can be developed
Stage 3: pre-construction
Once you have your permits there is still a lot of work required before construction can start. We can help you finish your documentation, find and appoint a builder and get construction started
Stage 4: construction
We can manage the construction process for you taking care of....variations, quality, etc
stage 5: POST-construction
Once construction is complete our work doesn't have to end there. We can coordinate handover from the builder. Compliance certificates and other documentation are required to complete the subdivision so your settlements can occur.
