A mixed use development comprising of 3 retail premises and four penthouses at 58 Kerferd Avenue, Sorrento is an excellent example of Centrepoint Projects' mixed use development prowess. From its striking exterior featuring the innovative use of ceramics in lieu of flammable timber façade to the exquisite natural stone finishing internally this development epitomises the exceptional. Penthouses included natural Volakas marble benchtops with travertine bathrooms along with polished plaster features. Completed in record time we are very proud here at Centrepoint to have been involved in this project.
